Hello all, I was on the phone with customer support yesterday and was told after not being able to successfully show myself online yet again that "we've added a 10% discount code to the PlayStation Store as compensation for this" Errrr, what? I've done everything, logged into all accounts, logged out of all accounts, edited two step verification which force logs you off all accounts , powered my PlayStation on, powered It Off, even reformatted it! That was day 3, now it's day 4 of me not being able to use Services I paid for. All this and our "compensation" is a code that allows us to buy more!? Now his English was good, not great, but I'm pretty sure he use the word "compensation" wrong there.
