Peel and Slice Apples-Combine sugar and water in a bowl, mixing until sugar dissolves. Peel and cut apples into thin slices. Add apples to mixing bowl with sugar water mixture, stirring to coat slices. Arrange apple slices in a single layer on waxed paper on a baking sheet. Freeze overnight. Place frozen apple slices in a resealable plastic bag and freeze for up to 6 months. Be sure to label the bag.
