What you'll need:
•1/2 cup baking soda
•1/2 cup cornstarch
•Bowl
•Spoon
•Decorative bottle
•Funnel
Instructions:
Mix together soda and cornstarch. Pour the mixture into a decorative bottle using a funnel. Gently tap the bottom of the bottle periodically to help settle the powder mixture.
