CHEESY PASTA BAKE
Cook up 20 oz frozen cheese tortellini according to package directions. Drain and transfer to a large bowl.
Stir in the following:
5 oz (half box) of frozen spinach, thawed out
2 cups warmed Marinara
1/2 can (approx 1 cup) Cannellini beans (can be omitted for "picky eaters"
Transfer to a 2-qt broiler safe baking dish. Top with 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese.
Broil until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

***NOTE: This can also be baked. I never broil because I use that drawer for my cookies sheets, bread pans, etc.
Once you have made this basic recipe (or for the first time), you can add your own touch.
