Ingredients 2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil 2 chicken breasts, diced 1 tsp. garlic powder kosher salt Freshly ground black pepper 1/2 white onion, diced 1 can peas and carrots 1/2 c. frozen corn 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 c. water 1 9" frozen pie crust 1 bag seasoned waffle fries Instructions 1.Preheat oven to 375°. 2.In a large pan over medium heat, heat oil. Add chicken breasts and garlic powder, then season with salt and pepper. Cook the chicken for 3 to 4 minutes before adding onion. Cook until the onions have turned translucent, then add the peas, carrots, corn, chicken soup, and water, stirring until just combined. Remove from heat. 3.Pour filling into the pie crust and top with a layer of waffle fries. 4.Bake until crust has lightly browned, 20 to 22 minutes.
